The year 2016 is coming to a close and the holiday season is around the corner. Although this is truly our favorite time of the year it always flies by! Moving like warp speed energizer bunnies is the norm for our culture these days. This can leave us feeling more drained, exhausted and less connected to ourselves.
Have you considered recharging your battery just like you would your electronics?
Plugging in your "battery" with self-care by plugging out is crucial to avoiding burnout. Uncover what recharges your battery and life. It is different for everyone. It could be your favorite book, good music, a trip with loved ones, an escape alone, or yoga class.

Have you been attending tons of social events and going to every party you get invited to?
Perhaps an afternoon by yourself is needed to read, draw a relaxing picture, stare at your wall, or turn on some binge watching Netflix show. Or maybe it's time to change your workouts up a bit. If you have been going full speed ahead give your body some rest or restorative yoga.
We challenge you to go out an afternoon/evening walk in nature without your phone. You won't be tempted to post on Instagram!

So go ahead, light a still candle, pop some popcorn and find a good book or movie to indulge in because we will be doing the same!
